This incredibly simple peanut butter fudge requires just three main ingredients and no candy thermometer. With a creamy, rich texture and melt-in-your-mouth consistency, it's the perfect quick dessert that tastes like you spent hours in the kitchen.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (240g)
  • 1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks or 226g)
  • 4 cups powdered sugar (480g)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract non-alcoholic

  • 8x8-inch baking dish
  • Parchment paper
  • Silicone spatula

Method
 

  1. Combine peanut butter and butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Microwave on high for about 2 minutes, stir, then continue microwaving in 1-minute intervals until completely melted and smooth.
  3. Add vanilla extract and stir to combine.
  4. Gradually add powdered sugar while stirring continuously until mixture becomes thick and uniform.
  5. Transfer mixture to an 8x8-inch dish lined with parchment paper.
  6. Press mixture firmly and evenly into the dish using a silicone spatula.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until completely firm.
  8. Remove from pan using parchment paper edges and cut into small squares.

Notes

Use commercial creamy peanut butter rather than natural styles for best results. For variations, try using crunchy peanut butter, almond butter, or add mix-ins like mini chocolate chips, crushed pretzels, or chopped Reese's cups. A sprinkle of flaky salt on top adds a delicious sweet-salty contrast. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
