Method
- Pull 2 shots of hot espresso directly into your shaker jar, or use ½ cup of strong brewed coffee.
- While the coffee is still hot, add the brown sugar and ground cinnamon. The heat helps dissolve the sugar for a smooth texture.
- Add a handful of ice to your shaker and seal it tightly.
- Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until the mixture is frothy and properly chilled.
- Prepare a tall glass with fresh ice and strain your coffee mixture over it.
- Top with oat milk, which you can either stir in completely or leave layered for an ombré effect.
- Optional: Sprinkle a little extra cinnamon on top for garnish.

Notes
For a less sweet version, reduce the brown sugar to 2 teaspoons. If you prefer it sweeter, increase to 1½ tablespoons of syrup.
No cocktail shaker? A mason jar with a tight-fitting lid works perfectly - you'll be able to see the mixture transform as you shake.
Try substituting the cinnamon with a pinch of cardamom for a unique flavor variation.
Store any leftover coffee mixture in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours, though it's best enjoyed fresh.
