  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup pecans or walnuts chopped, optional

Method
 

  1. Beat softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract, blending until the mixture is uniform and velvety.
  3. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until the mixture becomes light and airy.
  4. Stir in the cherry pie filling, creating ruby swirls throughout.
  5. Fold in mini marshmallows and chopped nuts (if using).
  6. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Notes
