  • 2 cups garlicky caesar salad dressing
  • 2 cups Shake-n-Bake original coating mix
  • 2 cups fresh grated parmesan cheese
  • 20 fresh chicken drummettes and wings

Equipment

  • Baking sheet

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place the Shake-n-Bake coating mix in a large plastic bag.
  3. Add chicken wings to the bag in batches and shake until thoroughly coated.
  4. Arrange the coated wings in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and crispy, with internal temperature reaching 165°F.
  6. Optional: Switch oven to broil for the last 5 minutes for extra crispiness, watching carefully to prevent burning.
  7. Transfer the hot wings to a large bowl and immediately toss with the garlicky caesar dressing until evenly coated.
  8. Sprinkle the freshly grated parmesan cheese over the wings and gently toss again, allowing the residual heat to slightly melt the cheese.

Notes

For best results, use plump, meaty wings and freshly grated parmesan cheese rather than pre-shredded. The quality of your caesar dressing matters - look for one with prominent garlic flavor for the most delicious results.
These wings pair perfectly with cooling ranch or blue cheese dip, plus celery and carrot sticks on the side. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a 350°F oven for 10-15 minutes to restore crispiness.
