- In a large salad bowl, combine the shredded lettuce, cooked chicken meat, and chopped green onions.
- Add the toasted almonds and toasted sesame seeds to the bowl.

- Just before serving, add the crispy chow mein noodles to the salad.

Notes
For the best results, add the chow mein noodles just before serving to maintain their crunch. The salad components can be prepped ahead and stored separately until ready to serve. Rotisserie chicken works great as a time-saver. You can substitute almonds with cashews or peanuts, and try crispy wonton strips instead of chow mein noodles. The salad can also be made vegetarian by replacing chicken with tofu or edamame.
