Notes

Use only creamy peanut butter for best results; natural or crunchy varieties may cause the fudge to become oily or lose its smooth texture. Let the fudge cool to room temperature before chilling for even setting. Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge for up to two weeks; the fudge also freezes well for longer storage. For gifting, wrap individual squares in parchment or wax paper to prevent sticking.
