Method
- Grease a 9-inch square pan to prevent sticking when cutting the bars later.
- Crush the Ritz crackers into fine crumbs using either a food processor or by placing them in a ziplock bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
- In a large bowl, combine the cracker crumbs with the Skor English toffee bits.
- Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and mix everything together until well combined. The mixture will be thick and sticky.
- Press the mixture firmly into your prepared pan, creating an even layer that reaches all corners. Pack it down well to help the bars hold together when cut.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until completely set and firm.
- Once chilled, cut into small squares and serve.

Notes
For the best flavor, don't substitute the Ritz crackers with another brand - their distinctive buttery taste is essential to these bars. If you can't find Skor bits, Heath toffee bits make a good alternative.
These bars are quite rich, so cutting them into smaller pieces is recommended. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
For a delicious variation, try adding 1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips to the mixture or drizzle melted chocolate on top after setting.
