Notes
For the most authentic KFC taste, use full-fat dairy products and fresh lemon juice. The coleslaw needs at least 4 hours of refrigeration time to develop its flavors, but tastes even better when made a day ahead. The key to the perfect texture is chopping the cabbage very finely.
