- Prepare a 9-inch square pan by coating it generously with butter or non-stick spray.
- Crush the Ritz crackers into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
- In a large bowl, combine the cracker crumbs and Skor toffee bits.
- Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined. The mixture will be thick and sticky.
- Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan, creating an even layer.
- Refrigerate until completely set, about 2 hours or overnight.
- Once set, cut into small squares and serve.

Notes
These bars are quite rich, so cutting them into small squares is recommended. If you can't find Skor toffee bits, Heath bars chopped into small pieces work perfectly as a substitute. For variation, try adding mini chocolate chips, a drizzle of melted chocolate on top, or a pinch of sea salt for extra flavor dimension.
Store these bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. They can also be frozen for up to 3 months - just thaw in the refrigerator before serving.
