  • 2 hamburger buns
  • 2 slices beef bologna Oscar Mayer recommended
  • yellow mustard French's preferred
  • 2 slices American cheese Kraft or Velveeta

Method
 

  1. Make several small cuts around the edges of the bologna slices to prevent them from curling when cooked.
  2. Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat.

  4. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of American cheese on top of each bologna slice and allow it to melt.
