Notes

For make-ahead prep, mix citrus juices and lavender syrup up to a day in advance and store in the refrigerator. Add sparkling water just before serving to maintain carbonation. Use freshly squeezed citrus for the best flavor. Choose sparkling water with fine bubbles rather than aggressive carbonation to avoid overwhelming the delicate lavender notes. The amount of lavender syrup can be adjusted to taste.
